ok so i wanna go drag racin wit me 240. i found some american racing rims on craigslist. 14 inchers with 4x114 bolt pattern.

now this is the right pattern for my car right? and do you think these will clear my stock brakes???

these rims will be lighter than the stock 15s and will turn a lot easier/faster than my chrome 17s. would probly end up throwin some DRs or slicks on the backs as well

idk. but i decided im not going to buy them. i cant stand to spend any more money on the car right now after all the turbo crap.... besides i might be getting a 68 firebird soon

I had an 89 and mine were 4x114.3

You are wrong, 240's 89-94 had 4x114.3 bolt pattern. While some 95-96 240's also had 4x114.3.
