Hi Guys!

I'm new to your forums, I hope this is the right place to ask my question.

Well I've been having a problem with my 1985 Nissan Crew Cab pickup lately.

Problem:The wheel and car shakes pretty violently when I get up to a decent cruising speed on the freeway and on regular roads. The steering wheel vibrates so violently the car is scary to drive. I think the problem might be a few things.

A) Wheel bearing must be going outB) I need new tires

My car has about 220k miles, pretty bald tires, nap z motor 2.4 ltr, 2wd

What do you guys think?

Tires are a pretty important thing. Also have the steering and suspension inspected.

Most likely you have very unbalanced tires. Buy new tires. Also check your alignment. Shoot while you are at it just do new upper and lower ball joints, and wheel bearings. With that many miles it is probably due for all the above anyways.
