wheel shaking and clunking noise?

not sure if its time for strut replacement but theres a lot of clunking on my driver side anytime i go over bumps as well as a lot of shaking of the steering wheel/tires between 35 and ehh i'd say 65. tires are brand new so i dont think its the tires.

Please post tire and wheel data, alignment spcifications and a maintenance history. So many things could cause this behavior.

20' diablos w 245 35 20 pirello pzero tires. had em balanced and rotated about 4 or 5 months ago because i thought that was the cause for the wobble. also had front and rear aligment done at the same time.
