I could not find it on this site so I thought I'd post it for anyone wanting to know.

The M35/M45 stock wheel offset is +50mm.

This applies to both 18 & 19" wheels.

+35mm offset should put you even with the wheelwells.

The less positive the offset the more the wheel/tire sticks out.

So, lets say you throw on +15mm spacers. Your new total offset would be +35mm.

I hope this helps.

The information on the wheel offsets for the current and older M models is in our Basic Spec sticky at the top of the forum here.

Also note that the 18" wheel has 47mm offset (as of the 2006 model) ... I did not think it had changed for the 2007 or later models. Have you verified that it is now 50mm?

Offset thats a touchy subject for me. Ive learned its best to go muti piece compared to one piece on these cars because of the high offset. One piece you will need to go with tried and true fitted wheels and offset noted on post. Multi piece will build to fit and you know what you got. You cant say I got a 38 offset on a multi piece and tell someone buying cast wheels that they need to use that offset. Just not gonna work. Its apples to oranges. I own multi piece on on two other cars and its just the best route to go in buying wheels most part on staggered sets.
