Wheel interchangability

I haven't been able to sell my like new chrome 20" American Racing "Casino" wheels and Sumitomo "HTRZ II" 245/45 ZR 20 tires that were on my 05 Q45 when I bought it, so I'm going to put an ad in the Auto Trader. I know it's a 5-114, and it fit my Q45, I just didn't like 20" wheels on the car.

To save me the trouble of dealing with guys who don't know what their car requires, does anyone have any ideas as to which cars can use the same wheels that the Q45 does so I can post it in the ad?

Depends on whether 66mm hub centric specific a diameter specific Nissan standard and offset/backspace.

Might take a look at ebay ads for Infiniti and Nissan wheels to see what they list as compatible.
