Eh common, somewhat of a low cost nice wheel. Look in the classifieds under wheels im sure you can find these, I just dont know the size.

They definitely are not BBS RS'.

They look like SSR Mesh. Look them up and see if you agree.

There's NO way those are 17s. Definately 15s or 16s.

Meshies are, meh. I'd look around for good deals on used wheels. That's what I did and it payed off very well.
