Id like to say just before anyone decides to get annoyed , that i did in fact try the search and while I did find some answers, I am still not positive as to what the problem is thats plaguing my poor 240.

Basically, I experience wheel hop when driving over bumpy roads or when accelerating under WOT off the line... it only appears to be the rear right side that is doing this... but it is quite bad at this point. I dont however experience AS MUCH if any wheel hop when cornering to the right... so is it the strut and the bushings, or just the bushings that are gone?

sounds like bushings, check the shock mounts also, but it could be bushings, most 240's have soft bushings and get a lot of wheelhop.-chet

so when you buy bushings, do they come in different materials instead of the factory rubber ones?

If your shocks are the original peices...CHANGE THEM NOW!

If you've already made some changes to your suspension, please list them.

Yes, what if any changes have you made to the suspension? That would help narrow things down a bit.

Maybe some Dupree subframe spacers would do the trick. ;)I installed them last weekend but haven't really driven the car to test them.

more than likely it is the struts, that's what controls your cars up and down movements.

had that same problem with my s13, then i got my AGX's and Pro-kit and that seemed to solve the problem for me. So my guess is that it's your strut.

Well, I drove my 240 to work today. So far, the spacers did the trick for me.
