I run 19 x 8.5 +45 and Im a little less than a half inch from flush. If you add 35mm to that which equals 3.5cms or 1.37 inches, you are going to be about .75 inches past the fenders. If you are running stock suspension (or even dropped for that matter), its going to look odd.
