Wheel fitment w/springs

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and need some opinions.

I drive an '11 A/C SR and I'm looking at getting the Tein lowering springs due to them having the most aggressive drop that I have found so far (2 inches F&R).

The wheels that I'm concerned about are 19x10 +35 all around. I do realize I will have to stretch the tires a bit. I was thinking a 255 or 265-35. Would a 245 be too much of a stretch?

I want the rims to be flush with the fenders and I want the wheels to be a square setup. I don't see the point in having staggered wheels on a FWD car outside of aesthetic reasons.
