Would a 17x8 +28 Front wheel and a 17x9 +27 Rear wheel be flush on a stock 95 zenki? And would new coilovers help in making them flush?

Not sure about if they would fit or not... but coil overs wouldnt make them fit any better assuming they can clear the struts.

Coils could help you fit them under the fenders i guess by adding negative camber, but to actually make the tires flush, as far as I know... its all about spacers and offsets that control that realm of things.

the fronts wont be, the rears will be better but not quite

if youre buying the wheels new try to get the rear size all around, maybe with a lower offset if possible, or you could run spacers

no they wont be flush...

and no, coilovers don't change the offset of the wheel. they only lower the car, and actually, as you lower the rears, the more rear camber dials in making your [whatever] wheels look even more sunk...

aim at a lower offset

if you wanna stick with the 8/9 stagger, go with an 8 +5 and 9 +15
