Wheel fitment question

I was wondering which wheel would fit better 16x7.5 w/21 offset or 16x8.5 w/21 off all around?

What kind of car do you have?

7.5" +21 will be purdy darn flush with fender. What suspension do you use?

8.5" +21 might stick out too much, so you'd have to increase negative camber to make a tire's top edge flush with the fender.If you do that, you'd ruined tire life and lowered grip levels just to fit wheels.

Test fit the wheels and take some pics.. show us how it looks.
