wheel fitment question

I have a 93 S13 Coupe SE. I am doing to be doing the 5 lug conversion. I need to get new wheels. My buddy has a nice set of wheels that were on his mustang, he is going to give them to me with tires for dirt cheap. Tires i believe are 245/45r17. I checked the bolt pattern is the same. They are 17x9 all around, with a 26mm offset. Anyone have a clue as if these will fit?? The car is not lowered and has stock suspension in place. Let me know. Thanks a lot.
