I have a question:I found some wheels for the 240sx which have a 5-114.3 bolt pattern. My question is will these wheels safely fit on a car with a 5-114 bolt pattern i.e. an Acura 3.2TL? Thanks for your help guys.

Edit: It appears 350Z wheels are also 5-114, any reason these wouldn't fit?

5-114.3 = 5-4.5 and used on all honda/acura 5lug and all nissan 5lug.

As long as width, offset, hib bore, and tire size/load index are correct, the 5-114.3(5-4.5") will fit

The difference is in the hub bore,

and honda uses ball seat lug nuts.

no OEM honda wheel can be fitted to another brand car without the proper ball seat lugs. There is really no such thing as 12x1.25 thread pitch ball seat lugs, so factory Honda / Acura wheels are not interchangeable with nissan cars, but nissan wheels can be fitted to Hondas, because the more common conical seat lugs are available in the honda's 12x1.5 thread pitch.

Hub bore is in Chet's sticky that we should all be reading.

Nissan uses the largest hub bore. Nissan wheels are compatible with just about everything.

Im retarded, I know, but the nissan 5 lugs will fit my Acura if the qualifications SR Smith said above are met?

Also I'm assuming the guys at tire rack for example would be able to tell me if a specific wheel would fit.

yes, and they will give you a "safe" fitment if you ask them. 17x7.5 +35 for example.
