MB BATTLES9.5= 23mm9= 40mm

(Discount Tire's options)

My question is with my z32 calipers, what (offset) clearance do I need for the wheels to fit?I want the most aggressive fitment possible.

I would rather have 18x8.5 and 18x9.5.What kind of offset is needed for the MB Battles?

...going on a 1995 240sx non abs with 5 lug and z32 calipers. Thanks in advance.

mb battles????? found it, thats the brand of wheels? i have work meister 3 pieces, 18x10's in the front and 18x11's in the rear on my 96 s14 with z32 brakes front and rear, and my offset is +18! my rears hang way out past the fenders but i haven't gotten my car done yet, the coilovers aren't fully adjusted nor is my camber and alignment! i'm not too educated on the whole offset thing but my wheels clear my z brakes. hope that helps if not sorry! good luck on your fitment choice!

Those are terrible sizes, also caliper clearance is mostly based on spoke design not offset.

terrible sizes huh??? looks pretty sick to me? this is another member's ride(gs14racer) and his name is jerry, and his wheels are the same size and offset as mine, idk just my .02 but we are also using v8's so might be a bit too big for your application! i will admit your selection of the mb battle's will look pretty sick with the right offset! good luck with your quest for the right fitment!

18x9.5+15's...

http://www.vividracing.com/cat....html

You may want to search around for a cheaper price, though. I just found that listing on Google...

The funny thing is, this pic is what I want my fitment to be exactly. Found it on google during my original post. I want this exact fitment. So aggressive. 2 questions simmode1:

1. Are these 9.5 all around? 2. Does your +15 offset clear z32 calipers?

Lawl. Your whole post is completely irrelevant to whether z32 calipers have clearance or not with this wheel fitment. Fail.

Bump.

No, actually he is completely correct... Even with a low offset, it is possible to not have Z brake clearance depending on how the wheel is designed. Like these, for example...

The flat design of the spoke may hit the brakes. You see this happen from time to time in the ' Wheel Fitment Database' thread.

But thanks to the MB Battles concave spoke design, I don't think you'll have that problem. There should be plenty of room for clearance.

BTW, that is not my car, but s14's rock 18x9.5+15's all around with ease. I just typed 'MB Battle' in the NICO search bar and those pics are on the first page of the first thread that popped up. Go take a look in that thread. It has lots of info on these wheels. They are a popular wheel and a 240sx favorite...

I have MB battles in 17x9.5 +15 and they clear the Z brakes just fine.

Thread purpose = The right offset for 18 x 9.5 (MB BATTLE) wheels that will clear z32 calipers on s14 chassis aggressively. Information, not obvious statements that can be found in other informative threads.

Thanks, I will check out that thread now that I know where to search.
