Wheel Fitment and offset question

Will a 15x6.5" with 40mm offset with a 205/55/15 clear alright?I used the offset calculator and it said the wheel will have 6mm less space between the strut and will stick out 6mm more than the factory wheel.I'm sure there will be plenty of room I just want to make sure before I order my wheels.Also what would be the offset if the wheel has 5.875" of backspacing?Any input is appreciated.

thats stock width and offset of an S14 SE wheel, and thats what I ran on stock springs/shocks and now with coilovers with no problems.

should be ok.
