[font="georgia"]OK so far i know that the rear wheel cylinders from a 520 will work on the 521's.
Also, the fronts will interchange with the 520 as well but... the fronts will only swap in the front & the rears in the rear.

Yes, this is true for the 320's as well.
Also 620 parts will work as long as you replace the MC with a 620, the Distribution Blocks with a 620s , use 620 Soft lines and bend new Metric Hard lines. It may sound difficult but it really isn't. This will get you a Dual Master Cyl. and all of the benifits. You will have to hook up a different kind of Brake light switch on 320's since they (AFAIK) use a pressure switch in the Distro Box. This can be acheived by putting a switch on the petal or at the easiest hooking up a Rear wheel motorcycle style Pull switch - Looks like a throttle return spring but with wires coming out of it.

Ok I rebuilt the front wheel cylinders on my 65 320 this week. Had a hard time finding the right kit though. Napa had a 3/4 bore rebuild kit listed for a 66 520 that worked part # 643. Each kit came with 2 dust boots & 2 O rings. The boots are different & wont work..the O rings did fit & are working fine. So basically youd only need to buy 1 kit to re-do just the O rings. Price was $16 for each kit.
