Wheel bearings shot? 2004 G35x

Just recently I picked up a 2004 g35. With 101k miles on it.

It makes a low grinding/rumbling noise from the front of the car when driving. Its happening at any speed.Since the front tires have a bit of feathering I rotated them to the rear. It still is making the noise.

I think that I'm just going to replace the bearings and the front breaks at the same time since I'll have it apart.

The big question is, are the wheel bearings different between the X and the regular sedan? I can't seen to find any specific bearings for the X.

BTW I'm in WY, there is not a Nissan/Infiniti dealer anywhere near me.
