My front right abs sensor is starting to go bad i've noticed from an occasional pending code which almost always means the wheel bearing is going bad. My question is, in the past with other vehicles, the abs sensor came with the replacement wheel bearing. Is that the case with getting an oem wheel bearing? i can get an oem one cheaper than the junk part store ones but it didn't look like the sensor comes with it. If the sensor doesn't come with, what brand sensor is recommended?

Nissan/Infiniti hubs don't come with sensors, just the reluctor wheel (it's integral). The ABS's are almost all Bosch, but they aren't usually fussy about the sensors. I wouldn't go China-cheap, but any reputable brand will generally work fine.

I finally got around to replacing the wheel bearing and one of the first things I went to remove ofcourse was the speed sensor.... I go to check what size the bolt is....there's no bolt.....there's nothing holding the sensor into the hub :wtf2: soooo I'm assuming that's why I was getting the fault code once in a while lol.... well the bearing is still probably going bad but I'm not in a big rush now to replace it now ha
