wheather strips and back widow

can anyone help me with the back winodw of my convertilbe?? I have a 1992 240sx convertible and the window doesnt touch the top when its close . in other words there is about 1/2 inch between both parts and this be fixed?? also where can I get new weather strips for both side of the top thanks.
