BTW, Fox has signed a contract with Seth McFarlane (FG creator) to make new episodes to be released starting in January of 2005. The word is that Fox has not yet committed to putting them back on the air, but if they don't do it, Cartoon Network will pick them up, and, if that doesn't happen, they'll go straight to DVD. Either way, we're getting Family Guy very soon.
Also, Fox has purchased rights to a Family Guy movie that Seth is working on.

That is absolutely the best news I've heard all week. Thanks for the info. As if it mattered, I would *pay* to see the new shows in all their glory, without the freaking censors. In the wake of the Janet hooplah, I have to think they will be forced to give more power to the censors, perhaps making the show downright tame next to the original 3 seasons. I don't think they crossed the line, but they toed it constantly.
I love that scene where the kids are doing toad, and this one kid licks the toad's rear, and the toad's face completely lights up. My gf was about to have me committed cause I couldn't stop laughing.
I think I'll go watch that one right now!
