whats wrong with my ka

ok so for the past few days ive noticed a strange problem with my car if i leave it runnning like idleing for about 2 - 5 mins then go to drive away it blows a few clouds of blue smoke as soon as i rev the engine. but only after its been sitting. it doesnt do it at any other times. just kinda curious if anyone knows whats wrong with my motor.

oh and this is a 95 240sx stock motor with 155k on it. it runs really strong too pulls hard all day long. also not sure this matters i have a walboro and 300zx fuel filter.

light blue smoke sounds like oil, also if it doesn't do it a lot when revved up and only does it after a long idle it would seem to me that the valve stem seals would be the culprit.

Mine started exactly like that.... only after idling for 5-10 mins and eventually got to where it smoked at every red light etc. most likely is the valve stems, but from the sounds of it you still got a bit of time till you need to change them. Took mine about 6+ months to go from what you have to what I have now. Just check your oil regularly.

k sounds good to me im actually speeding up the building process on my other ka now cuz of this. but I tried it again today and no smoke so its def not too bad yet but this just motivates me more to finish my other engine.

Blue is gas,meaning ur running rich! I thik ur filter n pump is why. I think u should get a good intake , plugs n plugwiers.That should ignite that extra gas.DONT BE AFARADE 2 TUNE UR CAR IT WILL PROBELY RUN BETTER! First take ur finger n touch n whipein a line on the upper-inside tip of ur exost(Not when hot). If the tip of ur finger has soot not dirt ur running rich unless the car has had smoaking problems b4.
