Just got my Blazt consult cable yesterday, so did a trial run with NissanDataScan1.3. I think it showing super retarded, to the point that, "that cant be right". Pulled the knock sensor but results stayed the same. This pull was done in 4th gear. Idle sticks perty good at 20 when warm. Enthalpy ECU which I think was tuned for 10psi (currently running about 8psi)

Additionaly, This is a 93, S13. I just installed and MSD 6A and MSD blaster coil have been throwing code 21 (ignition signal) since the install. Unless this could be causing the timing issue, I'm not experiencing any other negative side effects.

This is my first venture into logging and I really dont know what standard timing is susposed to do under load so let me know if more info is needed. Heres another log showing the same suff http://i183.photobucket.com/al...g.jpg

Anyone else?

Stock ECU at 68MPH goes from open loop to closed loop...or vice versa. I can't remember off the top of my head right now. So that's possibly something with whats going on.

I'd recommend http://eccs.hybridka.com/ to check out different ECU maps and logging on the KA...

Second notice:

I don't know much about this stuff, but...

It looks to me like the ECU advanced the timing a LOT when you dumped off the throttle, and the RPMs were dropping. I know the stock ECU runs pretty lean off-throttle to save fuel and reduce emissions, maybe the bump in timing is the cylinders burning off the excess fuel left from the WOT run?

Generally, timing is lower at WOT (high load) and higher at lower throttle positions. What it should be is based on a lot of inputs so looking at the chart by itself will probably tell you very little.

Based on the three graphs, looks like you went WOT for the first half of the graph and as the turbo was building boost, ignition timing dropped. That's normal, however the absolute timing is a little low for 8psi of boost.

Idle timing looks good. I would start by removing the MSD stuff and troubleshoot from there.
