Whats this sound

OK, when ever I gun it at a llight or anywhere.. Just as the car shifts I hear a "Psssshhh" but I have no turbo. Whats that noise? I mean it sounds hot and all, but I have no clue what it is.

im not sure what that sound is but maybe your motor is begging for a turbo

that could very well be it, do you have any leaks in the vac lines? check it out

I had the same exact sound in my altima when I had it. I thought it was an exhaust leak so I had them go over my whole exhaust system and reweld all the welds to make sure. This helped out a little but it was still there. I never found the problem and just sold it as it was.

its not a problem or anything, just it just happens. Could it be a transmission whine?

you have a hyrolic clutch there could be a problem there, and i have heard of people putting "blow off valve" type things on hydrolic clutches to imitate turbos, but i doubt you have that cuase that is gayer then anything in the world

lol, this thing is tock besides a AEM short ram. I dunno, should I get it checked out.
