Whats this Sensor & vac line (picture incl) 2000 q45

Any ideas? I am new to this and all these sensors get a bit confusing and it is Vac Line Madness in that engine compartment. thanks in advance!

Coolant sensor plug. No.

Awesome thanks so much Brian. Strange though the diagram from the FSM shows it somewhere else, but thought since it was on the coolant line it must be that sensor. Is the FSM different for the 2000 vs 2000.5 my Q was made in 02 of 2000 any idea what the cut off point is? thanks

Not really sure if there is any difference. I'll have to see when mine was made. Picture is not detailed enough, so my answer is a best guess as to which you were referring. More detail might produce a different answer.
