yea today i was unscrewing this screw to put a metal piece to help hold my intake in one place and when it got loose high pressure **** squirted out, i tightened it down right away though, so not much got out. I guess i inhaled some of it, so im wondering what the hell it was.

it seems like the ac refrigerant? is that stuff bad?

:help its located on the passenger side right next to the radiator in the front, in front of the place where the battery is kinda.

try burning some of that stuff and inhailing it, or rather NOT.If you are working around that stuff with a torch and it hits the freon (the gas in the ac system), it makes mustard gas. That'll make you puke your guts out and cry like you're cutting a giant onion.

Car's a '95...R-134a, not freon. It's not particularly bad, so a small exposure is probably nothing to worry about. Clean up whatever oil might have sprayed out and gotten on your paint.

freon is a brand name, its all refrigerant, adn it shouldnt have a screw in the system at all, it cant be freon unless some one put a hole in the system and then put a screw in it to plug the hole, and if it was refrigerant oil, it would burn you since when it hits the atmosphere the refrigerant evaporates immediately the oil then boils instantly, so I really hope it wasnt oil, n e ways that sucks man

alright, im OK, didnt have any headaches in the morning, felt fine, or at least accordingly to 6 hrs of sleep.

hmm.. if theres not supposed to be a screw.. it was i think just holding the hose tight cause when i loosened it something high pressure sprayed out.. ill go clean it up now too

tnx for the replies tho :)

I believe freon is a trade name for R-12 and nothing else. I also beleive you can't buy any R-12 without an EPA sect. 609 certificate. The drier on my car has a screw on top of it.
