You use them to supplement the stock rear suspension on your ride. These actually slip inside the rear coil springs and when the rear of your rig starts to sag from heavy loads/towing, you add air to level it back up.
I have a similar product from the same company on my dually pickup to raise my back end up after I put my camper and boat on.
