So the stock redline, which is where i shouldnt push past, is 7500, and it is limited meaning it wont go past at 8k? sorry just tryng to understand it because this kid with a teg said on his gsr motor it revs to like 9k or somthing and with the jdm itr ecu it will revout to 11k, which he did for like a year, which is why he sold his teg with a blown head

7800 RPM is the fuel cutoff/limiter from what I've found/been told (could be 8000 though), but the JDM S13 SR cluster shows 7500 RPM as the redline so yes, you shouldn't rev past this and if you hit the cutoff/limiter, it stops revving. If you're going to rev this high with the stock head, you need some RAS, especially if you are going to do it with any sort of regularity on the track. I have RAS, but still only rev to ~7000 max when I run the motor hard. If you want to rev near the redline a lot (or past 7500) then you need to build the head up like ILikeMy240sx did so it can rev to 9k.

That'd be fine. I mean you can rev it to the 7500 RPM limit, but you know the SR has problems with the rocker arms so yeah, I try not to rev mine to the limit too often and think that 6800-7000 is a good limit until you do something with the head. The t25 runs out steam before then anyway.

S14 SR is a T28 and flows more in the top-end, but remember guys at 13-14 PSI you guys are maxxing out the Duty on the injectors around 6200 RPM and starting to lean out.
