YEAH I'M LOOKING AT DOING THE ENTIRE HEAD AND TRYING TO GET 100 PONIES OUT OF IT.

I THINK WITH TOMEI 272'S, OPEN UP THE PORTS AND VALVES AS WIDE AS THEY WILL GO, POLISH AND BLEND THE RUNNERS, CLEAN UP THE CYLINDER DOMES, 3-ANGLE VALVE JOB, STIFFER/LIGHTER SPRINGS AND RETAINERS..... AND I SHOULD SEE THE RESULTS I'M LOOKING FOR.

Well, it looks like the turbo mod might come sooner than expected. Hybrid called me last night to let me know his turbo bought the farm. I let him pull my turbo off of my motor, and we will see what goes from there.

I might pass on the stock rebuild in favor of a T3/T4.

I'm goin for the MOST HP ever on a stock RB20 with stock injectors. They only mod I'll need is a A.P.C sticker to get me there! :ylsuper lol

I still have to get my mounts, ecu The one I had was bad :( I'm still waiting for one to come in but I might just go with some kinda stand alone cause I don't want to wait. I need to put my Z32 LSD in bla... too much crap to do. When i get time off I'll really hit it.

We are not quite sure yet. All of this happened last night. He pulled the turbo and found a fair amount of shaft play and the turbine blades all chewed up.

I was thinking of rebuilding it with a TO4E comp housing and some steel impellers, but I am not sure if it's worth it or not (if that would even work).

Are you thinking of buying it? Name a price and I will discuss it with him.

I WAS THINKING OF DOING A TURBO UPGRADE BY REBUILDING A STOCKER, IF I HAD A SPARE IT WOULD BE ALOT EASIER AND LESS DOWN-TIME.

I put in around 17-18k into the car so far. I'm gonna work on making my car look nice right now since I have to wait on those rims. This car shoulda been done along time ago but my mechanic was messing around and didn't get anything done but it will be running soon but without the 5 lug upgrade and upgraded brakes. Oh and I still have to upgrade the axles and driveshaft for the power im gonna be putting out but that will be done by the time I get my rims too. I'm also looking at other S15 front ends to put on my car but so far vertex is what I'm looking at right now. Anyone got any other suggestions on what I should go with?

Target. If I were ever to do a S15 conversion it would be that front end hands down. Sweet ride by the way.

With all that you have going on there and as much power you could be making... might want to add a driveshaft loop to the mix.

Unless you know how to work with aluminum heads and have years and years of practice with head work, ohh and the thousands of dollars worth of equipment..... its very difficult. It'll be cheaper and safer to take it to a cylinder head machinist,

Yeah I do plan on putting on aftermarket axles and driveshaft before I start driving it. Here are some pics of my turbo and engine.

well, technically, any one piece driveshaft should have a saftey loop. you break the front U joint, and the shaft is gonna lift the car up or rip the rear out.
