I like nice cars so I have no problem spending 10k for a perfect kouki and maybe 7.5k for a zenki. For the record I bought my kouki in 2002 for 9500 from a dealership so it would have been cheaper through a private party.

I like this one: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/...=1526

my brother got his for 1650$ at the salvage auction. 95 black with 90k miles, it was a super deal. if you have access to savage auctions, it's not a bad idea to take a look. not all cars at the salvage auctions are THAT beat up. my brother's car was minor damange and it came out to be around 2300$ to fix and register

Buy it before Fast and Furious 3 comes out.... Prices are going to skyrocket I think on the 240 community... Also, wrong forum, newbie 29K

oh please say its not so.

oddly enough ebay is kinda a good place to get a feel for prices. there may be parts in the country where everybody wants your car and will fetch a hi price. and on the flip side the opposite is true. kelly blue book is what dealers look to price vehickes for. ebay is what the average joe (minus the onlne dealers) is paying/asking for.

also check your local newspaper for ads.

depends on the size of your wallet. 7-10+ for a decent to mint condition.

It really depends one where you live and the condition of the car, I paided 10k for my 97 with 56k miles, this year, but it was clean as a year old car, waxed every month...the whole deal. I live in Michigan, so the rarity compared to out west jacks up the price. Remember, this is a badass car...EVERYONE want's one *nods knowingly*.

I just paid $8250 for an IMMACULATE '95 SE.

It's an auto, which I can deal with, but it has black leather interior, CD player, ABS, power everything, and only one tiny scratch on the front bumper. It was granny driven since 95 and only has 16,372 miles on it!!!
