Ive got a neo rb and it gets 25 to 27 on freeway low 20s in town stop and go. stock block and head with exhaust k&n filter ird plugs.

Mine was around 22mpg with a mix of city driving and highway. It was mainly stock with 3" exhaust, greddy im, pod, pfc, stock turbo and tuned at 13 psi.
