Whats the difference if its a 2004.5?

My 350Z was manufactured 06/2004 does that mean its a 2004.5? if it is, then what difference does that make? I know about the feathering and other "problems" but are they fixed later in the production year of '04?

thats about it next change was 2005.5

yes, everything is good for the 04.5's and thats what ya got if it was manu'd in June 2004
