I capped off the outlet end with a large cork and filled mine with chemtool carb dip for 3-5mins. After that, I washed it out with WD-40 real good. If you do not want to buy a gallon of chemtool, just buy the B-12 carb cleaner (spray can) and clean it.

^ Sounds good.

Or you could take off the intake elbow, get a nice spool going and let it suck in a couple handfuls of crushed walnut shells. It works for Harriers.

J/K DO NOT DO THIS!

I plan on using sea foam. A lot of people got good results from it. plus you can use sea foam to clean literally everything.

I used nothing but B-12(carb cleaner yes...) and WD-40 inside and out. Before spinning the turbo, I made sure I rinsed the whole turbo (oil passages and all) with warm water. Then I drenched everything with WD-40. After that, I poured fresh motor oil into the bearing housing and spun it a for a little while to lube it up again.
