whats the best type of spark plug to use on a blacktopsr20det

can anyone tell me whats the best type of plug to run on a blacktop sr20det with a gt2871r making about 315whp, i had ngk irridums in there and they dont last too long, i was told to use ngk v power (bkr7e's) there suppossed to be cold plugs, any other suggestions

i just had those in there they burnt out in less than a week from instalation

try the laser iridium ones see if they work

im gonna try the ngk bkre's cold plugs iv heard those work well
