C's or Nismo. C's is by far the best, but rather pricy and not too common.

Dont waste your money on these C's and OBX shifters. They only replace the shifter itself and modify the location of the stock cup that it pivots on. They also use an aluminium block with some cheap plates to hold everything together. Get the B&M, it replaces the entire top plate assembly with new hardware. B&M has been making shifters WAY before any of these other companies. I just got a C type shifter, it is cheap in my opinion, and missing parts. I'm sending it back!! and ordering a B&M from Horsepower Freaks for $225. (they matched a price that I found elsewhere)

but C's has been making these for the 240 long before B&M did. i think i'd trust them about making a goodone. not saying B&M is bad, but just that C's knows what they're doing. forget OBX, its just another APC. hell, forget the shifter all together and get a sequential shifter. its just a little more expensive, but really cool.

I have C's and it works great... no problems with it... Don't know about B&M but I heard they are awesome as well.
