Im going to be upgrading turbo/injectors/maf in hopes of reaching the 300rwhp mark. I don't want much more hp than that because i want to make it as reliable as possible and i do not want to go standalone.I already have a greddy fmic, tubular manifold, 3 inch turbo back exhaust with test pipe, safc2 etc...I made 242rwhp on the T25 at 13psi using a hks wastegate actuator.I was thinking of going with a S15 T28, Z32 MAF, 550's, and enthalpy tune. What do you guys think? Will i be abloe to get 300rwhp out of that setup without maxing out injectors/turbo??

the s15 t28 is going to hit it's peak in the area of 300whp. That's maxxing it out. If you're looking for a reliable 300whp...your best bet is going to be with the 2871r. You would be able to run 300whp efficiently on it and still have some juice to squeeze out of it. Don't forget a fuel pump and a clutch to hold the power.

the 550s you'll be good to up to 364hp so its really the turbo you're chosing that is the biggest thing and i agree the 2871 is a good choice either the t28 housing or .64

you could possibly go with the s15 but you'll be running that thing at max efficiency most of the time. that and 550s are a much better match with the 2871 since their hp efficiency levels are about the same, approx 364 and more for the 2871 depending on the type of setup you got

I agree with the rest on the 2871 turbo, the T28 wont give you enough breathing room

The stage 1 holds close to 280 lbs of torque, or at least that's what it's rated at. The stage 2 is good up to 350 tq. That's a pretty close call since that's your power range. You're going to have to decide if you're wanting to run 300hp on a daily basis..or only for special events.
