whats that weird noise????

as im punching my car up hill i can hear a noise that sounds like my back tires are scraping onto my frame. i have steelies with 195 size tires. no rims. it happens when im on 5 to 6,500 RPM, somewhere around there & it happen when going up hill only. other then that its normal. whats that noise?

bump! anyone know whats wrong? do you think its one of my belt? cause whenever i start up my engine i can hear like my belt is loose. but i check the belts it was ok.
