I hope its just an exhaust leak, for your sake. It was kinda hard to hear the noise clearly. Id pull the heatshield off, make sure you soak the bolts, though most likely they will snap anyways, and check for a leak at the exhaust manifold.

cant really here but did the noise get louder as u reved it??if it did could be ur timing chain or valvesbut from where u had the cam sound like a loose boltneed a better vid
