whats required to install a 88T 300zx lsd in a s13 or s14?

Reason being I want to get my friends 91 s13 and if I can't come up with the money I was tempted to trade him the lsd I was going to put in my z31 for him to put in his 95 s14. If I can come up with the money then I want to put it in the 91 s13. It is a r200 clutch style lsd. I know I have heard of people doing this. Just never seen any instructions on how to do it.
