Whats my rb20det powered 240sx worth?

I may be selling my s13 coupe here in a few weeks ( as soon as I get my title from the DMV). I was wondering what I should ask for it? The car has a dual projector silvia front end conversion (1 small dent on the hood) The body from the doors back has a few small dents too. It has a R32 gts skyline motor in it thats unmodified. The interior is stock and cleaner then most s13's I have seen. It needs paint of course ( white fenders). It has a walbro fuel pump, boost gauge, kenwood excelon radio, yashido factory front coilovers and eibach sportline rear springs, and a optima red top battery. It comes with the R32 cluster and digital climate contorol and everything else that came with the clip ... wiring, radiator, p/s pumps, panels, etc...

my friend is offering me a car that i would really like to own, 1989 bmw m3. so I will give up my 240 for it... also I forgot to mention it has a vlsd ( not installed yet) and probably a couple of other things that I cant remember right now.

Oh yeah! One other very important thing! I just passed smog so when I get the title you can register it in california without smogging it! the paper is good for 90 days. smog is good for 2 years!

Where did you get it smogged and is it a "test only" center?

It was smogged by the previous owner just before I bought it. So I dont know where it was smogged, im pretty sure it was a test only center though.
