ive got a 97 240sx and im getting lowering springs and kyb agx shocks. im swapping to 5-lug and 300zx tt front brakes within the next month. im trying to figure out my best option for camber correction. i was quoted 25.40 for eibach's front camber correction kit to go with their springs. why dont they sell a rear kit? is it not needed? if it is, who makes one? is there a cheaper alternative to eibachs kit that still works? thanks for any help.

im not totally sure on nissans, but with hondas you can put washers under the bolts on the upper control arms in the rear. It will bring the uca further away from the car, and the top of the tire away also. Works like a charm. Not positive bout the rwd tho

Eibach does not list anything for the rear because there should be enough adjustment in the stock range to correct for the drop. Please keep in mind, the Eibach kits are designed to get the car back to stock alignment specs only!

id like a touch of negative camber for aggressive driving purposes, but not to the point where it ****s up my tires treadlife by more than a little bit. what would you recommend?

I don't have the stock camber specs at hand here but if you talk to the tech doing your alignment you can have him set it at the negative end of the stock range. That would be a good place to start. They are going to want to align the car after installing the springs anyway and if you are not specific they tend to get it 'somewhere' in the stock range and call it good. Be very specific. You will have to check with the shop or some of the other aftermarket suppliers to see what kind of rear camber kits are out there and what they have had success with as far as setup.

you can get an adjustable upper mount for your shocks up front, and adjustable rear upper arms in back. this way YOU can set your camber to what you want. i would probably still recommend an alignment first. good luck
