The J30 is an acquired taste, isn't that good on gas and is fairly expensive to maintain, even if you do a lot of work yourself, but when it's working right, it's a great ride, but you already know all of this.
If the car is problem-free and very road worthy, perhaps it would appeal to an out of state buyer who might value a rust-free car more and is looking to take a spring time road trip? A black interior may not be right for someone in a sun-belt state, but otherwise it's the best.
I'll meet you in Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo to swap rear seat backs and rear view mirrors, before you sell.
