Whats it worth?

I am trying to get an idea of what my car might be worth to some of you guys on the forum, I am trying to sell it but I have only had a couple of offers for trades. Just let me know what you think. I have for sale a 1990 240sx hatch, red in color, with a redtop sr20det swap. The swap has 204,000km on it, which is roughly 126,000 miles. I bought the car from a friend in may of 2006. Since purchasing the car I have put a few items on the car. The car has the full swap with a Trust FMIC, a GReddy Profec B boost controller, full three inch Apexi exhaust, Sparco rev racing seats (used) red to match the car, I swapped the LSD from my 1991 HICAS hatch into this car, Blitz BOV, HID headlights from a 325i BMW and a pretty decent little stereo consisting of Sony, Rockford Fosgate, and Alpine components. It also has a Momo steering wheel (circa 1993), a Fidanza short throw shifter, and Defi gauges (boost, oil pressure, oil temp, and water temp), Z32 front calipers and rotors, drilled to fit a four lug and it is lowered on KYB AGX shocks with H&R springs. The two front tires are new Falken ZX912, the rears are Kuhmo Ecsta 711's. Thanks for looking! So, whats it worth?
