Whats it worth?

I have a 1991 240sx right now with a rb20det and like it for what it is but currently have no a/c and the power steering pump is leaking, trying to find a fix for that.I have a chance to get a rb20det just engine and a rb20de and apparently the transmission is from that non turbo motor. The det will also come with ps, ac, cut wiring harness. No intercooler or ecu. I plan to rebuild one for around 400hp over the next year or so, that will replace the one already in my car.

I was wondering what you guess think they are worth. Seems to me right around 600. They both seem in decent shape and I would basically end up with 3 rb20's and 2 rb20 trannys. Let me know what you think, thanks

Basically I'm just asking if the two motors together would make for a nice couple of rebuilds for a 270ish daily and 350ish track. I already know the expenses of the rebuild parts.

Just don't want to cut my throat paying to much for the motors.

Seems like a reasonable plan.

You can always sell off what you don't need also.

I have no idea of value, I would think under 600 would be a good deal if your also getting a pair of trannies.

Yep first ones are Sportmax 002's 15x8 +0, the second I dunno.

Thanks for the complements guys. I can't get the guy to come off the price anymore, so it looks like I'm getting them for $680. It will be a rb20de(no acc., computer, wiring or anything) and a rb20det(transmission, w/ acc., but trashed wiring and probably ingniter all that stuff) but both seemed to be in working order and will be getting rebuilt anyway.

Sportmax 002 16x8 +0 on the silver sil80 with a mystique power mixed in. The white car has 18x9 Saleen Mustang wheels +24 offset. Both cars have tein suspension and I need to get a fender roller to them down a bit.
