anyone watch inital d??? well i was curious on what that thing is that keeps on 'beeping' when hachi goes over a certain limit??? well if you know what this is could this be able to be installed into a 1990 240 coupe???

pretty sure it's just a chime for when he goes over 100km, i don't know why you would want it....that'd be damn annoying.

its a chime, a lot of Japanese cars of the era have it as they have standardized speed limits unlike us. : ) It's a deterent to speeding, would you want it to chime for your 4 hour road trip? : )

I have one I can sell you! I had it installed with a relay, so you can shut it off if it bothers you. I used it for ****s and giggles. I have wiring schematics too...they are in Japanese though. If you want it, PM me.
