Power FC can be had in 2 versions. L Jetro and D Jetro. L Jetro is the MAF version. D Jetro is the MAP version.

yeah, what he said. the d-jetro, by using a MAP sensor, is also more precise than the maf-based unit and therefore more preferable with diy tuners

Drawback to MAP sensor is its touchy to weather conditions. Elevation and Temp may need slight changes in the Tune.

what everyone is trying to say is.... its to get rid of your MAF... and run MAPS instead.

prepare yourself for the noobness...how can you tell the difference between the two. I've got one purchased from RHDJapan with no box or manuals and it doesn't say what it is just FC PRO and Serial # PFC SR20R 9611-0166 and FCC NT9607-0402 on the commander. Also are these plug and play for a stock setup or does a shop need to tune it when installed. I came across a good deal and I had to buy it so that explains my lack of knowlege. I am trying to do as much research as I can. Thanks!!!!

Well if you bought it new the D-jetro version probably costed around $300 dollars more. If you spent around $1000 its probably d-jetro, or you just got ripped off =\

can you find the 414-Nxxx number?

also does it have a seperate plug location on the side of it for a small wire harness? D-jetro has one. like a 4? prong connector, not the commander port

D Jetro comes with a MAP sensor. You should have gotten a ECU Commander and MAP sensor harness w/ map sensor.

I only have the ECU and Commander it was purchased from RHDJapan(ebay) with no box or manuals and it doesn't say what it is just FC PRO and Serial # PFC SR20R 9611-0166 and FCC NT9607-0402 on the commander. yes, it does have a separate separate square plug in with 3 prongs in it. I just figured that was for the boost controller option.
