Whats going on with my car?? Electrical HELP!!

Ok heres the problem guys, i have the sr20 out of my car getting it full rebuilt, and while i have it out i decided to paint the engine bay, I have reinstalled everything in the engine bay and when i hooked the battery back up (mounted in the trunk) and went to test everything heres what happends, with the ignition on the fuel pump works, along with the electronic greddy boost controller, and the apexi afc controller, the clock also lights up but shows no numbers, but the windows will not go up, and none of the lights work, im not sure what is keeping all the acessarys from working, i no almost 100% sure i am not missing any grounds, and i have tryed replacing some of the fuses/relays i tought maybe went bad, but still haven't found it.... Anyone have any insight on my problem???

well i would start by changing all the fuses i had the same prob with my headlights it may be a fuse u never would of expected if that dosnt work then change out relays make sure thier not 4 h/l ret since those r for the headlight motors assuming u have an s13 also just make sure u dont have any broken or disconnected wires

Ok, i will get to work on it agian tomarrow and i'll see what i can figure out, also yes its an s13...

Found out it was the 75amp alt fuse...
