Whats going on here?!

i have a built KA for turbo: 9:1 wisecos, ARP head studs, Toga main and rod bearings, Cometic MLS gasket. i current pull all the turbo accessories off (manifold, turbo...) and i am now running NA to get my car smogged. the problem is, my car wont start when its hot. i have a internal coil dizzy (s14) that has the msd BTM still wired to it. im still running 480cc's with z32 maf and safc2. i never had a problem starting b4, now that i converted back to NA, it wont start when its hot. when i crank the motor, the starter turns fine. i checked for spark and there is. i leaned out the injectors across the board to make sure theyre not shooting extra fuel. i thought it was the starter at first but i JUST changed the starter and it wont start when its hot. could it be the dizzy going out? (had to do the JWT mod for the msd). when i push start the car, it starts up fine with no problems!!! what the heck is going on here!? fuel + spark = no start?

also, i am hitting rev limit at 5.5k in every gear... before i thought it was spark blow out when i was KA-T but there shouldnt be any spark blow out when NA?! would this be something wrong with my 5th gear sensor or maf?
