Technically, it's a "short-ram" intake. Think of a cold air intake, but shorten the intake tube.

Is it worth fitting this? IE, is there any noticable difference, or does is just sound better, if so, how much better?! In the UK so not many of us around to compare notes with!

What difference does fitting the 'z tube' make over the stock tube?

gets rid of extra bends ect. that are used to quite the intake. you won't notice much power difference but it sounds nice.
