Whats a good quiet exhuast?

under 95db without silencer. Could i take a bigger displacement vehicle and use that stock muffler? Cause like the V6 i notice some use 2.25 and 2.5

my GReddy sp is very quiet under 4krpm, but after that people tell me its alot louder. when its idling, you cant even tell its running. its 60mm cat back which is like 2.25 i think

i dont think that's possible with many cars in general...am i wrong? i know that my mini cooper S is kinda loud when i rev it up hard...bone stock too
