whats a good price to have my VG30DE tuned properly

id like to have my car tuned on a dyno with a wideband but i dont know where to take it...i live in houston so if anyone has any ideas please le mt know.i drive a 94 J30(VG30DE) but my current list of mods includes:ASP underdrive pulleyHI water pump pulleyJim Wolf CamsJim Wolf PopchargerJim Wolf ECUMagnaFlow High flow cats and mufflers370CC InjectorsAromotive Fuel Pump and regulatoraftermarket electric fan pulling 5000cfmCooler thermostatcustom alternator

we can change parts out all day and im planning to p/p intakes and heads b4 i do lower internal work but i would like to tune before i do that and then afterwards

PS i know its not a TT but ive seen sever J30tt and i guess i just want to be different so please dont hate

The only problem I see is that you have no way of tuning it... the JWT chip has improved maps for better performance but without sending it back to them with a special request for tuning it cannot be changed. Now if you had something like a piggy back fuel controller, or better yet a unit like Nistune, you could tune it but without any of those there's pretty much nothing you can do except to dyno it and see what kind of power it is making and the air/fuel ratio for information purposes.

He does have an adj. fuel pressure regulator.Other than that, as mtcookson said, there is nothing to adjust.

Yeah, the downside to the majority of them that I've seen is that they only adjust up and not down (lower than the standard ~43 PSI). If anything I bet its running a bit rich with the JWT tune. The fuel system is also a bit overkill for a VG30DE, not that its bad or anything just that the money for the fuel system could have been put elsewhere.

Agreed, Has anyone every done a dyno comparison with the JWT vs Stock ECU on the VG?We found a several HP and TQ average with a stock ECU over the JWT with the SR20DE I just built.
